Last updated: 27 September 2026. This notice covers the website and waitlist. The iOS app keeps scripts and recordings on the device; the waitlist is not an app account.

Data we process

When you sign up, we store your email address, language, the time and version of your consent, confirmation and unsubscribe status, and technical email delivery identifiers and status. To limit abuse, we keep a hash derived from your IP address and remove it during regular cleanup. The public count contains only the number of confirmed, active subscriptions.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your address to confirm your request, tell you that you are on the waitlist, and send one App Store launch email. The legal basis is your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a). Short-term abuse prevention relies on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f). You may withdraw consent at any time through the link in our emails.

Processors and hosting

Hetzner Online GmbH hosts the website and database. We use Resend to send email, which requires sharing your address with Resend. Before publication, the operator must verify Resend’s data processing agreement, processing locations, and any international transfer safeguards.

Retention

Unconfirmed and unsubscribed records are removed by a regular cleanup no later than 90 days after their relevant event. Confirmed records are kept until the launch message is sent and deleted no later than 90 days afterward. The operator is responsible for the post-launch deletion.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority. Contact compliance@soyfluencer.com. You can also unsubscribe through the link in our emails.

Cookies and analytics

The waitlist uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Its public count contains no personal data.

Before publication, verify Resend’s processing locations and transfers, processor agreements, actual server logging, and the scheduled cleanup.
